If you haven't been to the east end of 30A for several years, there is a chance you would not believe what is going on. There is an upscale community on the north side of the 30A E Highway 98 intersection called 30Avenue bringing a lot more shopping and dinning to the area and slowing turning into a upscale beach shopping destination that rivals sliver sands and pier park. There is abother retail center to the west called The Crossings at Inlet Beach. They are completely full with tenants. Next door a Donut Hole has been built. Remember The Spicy Noodle? Well that recently sold for over $1,000,000 and will feature a new restaurant. Rosemary Beach has seen sales over $8 million and some of the homes in Seacrest Beach are selling for as much as a millio. The east end of 30A has really taken off and is going to be a great place to find an ownership opportunity. Quick access to the new international airport. Remember Rosemary Beach was only founded in 1995. This will be a special one of a kind area and is a great time to get in early.
